Separation for cats & dogs
At Southill Vets we treat a wide variety of pets and always strive to fulfil their individual needs, which includes understanding that not all cats and dogs get along.
When you visit our Wincanton and Gillingham surgeries, you and your pets can relax in our comfortable waiting rooms with separate areas for cats and dogs.
Our cat friendly facilities extend to our recovery rooms too and we have separate in-patient wards for cats and dogs.
Providing this level of separation helps to reduce any unnecessary stress when pets visit or need to stay in.
Our surgeries
Our Wincanton and Gillingham vet surgeries boast modern, air-conditioned facilities and are fully equipped for all routine healthcare and surgical needs.
We have a comprehensive range of diagnostic and surgical equipment including Doppler Ultrasonography, Electrocardiography, Endoscopy, Radiography, and Laser Therapy.
We also have a branch surgery at Milborne Port, where our team have everything they need to take excellent care of your pet’s preventative and general healthcare needs. Pets requiring medical investigations and procedures will be seen at Wincanton or Gillingham.
Our satellite branch at Mere may be the smallest of our four surgeries, but it is perfectly equipped to offer thorough Vet consultations.
